Exchange and Refund Policy

Our returns policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. No claims will be accepted after the allowed time.

To be eligible for it, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with product tags. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will share the photos with the reason of return and discuss with our representative on whatsapp or through emails. Once your exchange is approved on chat, please keep items safe and unused and return it to us on given address. We will receive it and ensure the product is in genuine condition then your refund will be processed. 

The gift and discount coupons are non-refundable. There are no exchange and returns acceptable on sale items.
