Exchange and Refund Policy

Our returns or exchange policy lasts 10 days. If after receiving your shipment, 10 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with product tags. It must also be in the original packaging. You can share the photos with reason of exchange and discuss with our representative on whatsapp or through emails. Once your exchange is approved on chat, please keep items safe and unused, to avail one of two options:

1.     If you want your items to be replaced with no cost please place another order on our website, we can then arrange a pickup along with the delivery of new order.

2.    Returns are only acceptable if in case your order is process wrongly, or did not deliver to your address. In case of return send the items to our warehouse address, with product tags and original packing. We will receive it and ensure the product is in genuine condition then your refund will be processed. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3.    The gift and discount coupons are non-refundable. There are no exchange and returns acceptable on sale items.
